On the following pages, we summarize our 2006 socioeconomic performance and discuss our progress in workforce development, stakeholder engagement, health and safety, supply chain management, community engagement, and human rights.

In each of these areas, our efforts are guided by our conviction that partnerships benefit the communities in which we operate and contribute to more stable and secure energy supplies.
