Chevron Employees Political Action Committee

Note: This page contains information that supplements the printed version of the report.

The Chevron Employees Political Action Committee (CEPAC) provides an opportunity for eligible employees to voluntarily contribute limited amounts to a fund that supports the election of candidates for federal and certain state offices in the United States, as authorized by and in accordance with applicable laws.

CEPAC provides a collective mechanism for Chevron employees to exercise their right to participate in the democratic electoral process. CEPAC is voluntary, and employees' participation is not shared with the company's management. Unless participants designate their contributions for a specific candidate, the CEPAC board determines which candidates to support. By policy, CEPAC does not make contributions to presidential candidates or political parties.
