Interested parties wishing to communicate their concerns or questions about Chevron Corporation to the Lead Director or to non-employee Directors may do so by U.S. mail:

The Corporate Secretary will compile the communications, summarize lengthy or repetitive communications and forward to the Lead Director or non-employee Directors. The Corporate Secretary will also coordinate any requests from stockholders for additional communications with the Lead Director.

Accounting or Auditing Complaints

Anyone with a concern or complaint about Chevron's accounting, internal accounting controls or auditing matters may communicate it to the Audit Committee by sending the Committee a letter in care of the Secretary of the Audit Committee:

Any such communication may be made on a confidential or anonymous basis, but all communications should contain sufficiently specific information to permit the Audit Committee to pursue the matter.
