Teaching Trade Skills in Richmond

Chevron partnered with the RichmondBUILD Green Careers Academy to help develop talent in the construction and renewable energy industries. Alanna McKinney is one of 60 graduates who were able to find full-time jobs in the local construction industry, making an average of $18 per hour.
