Our Richmond, California refinery was the first to produce all-hydroprocessed base oils. We worked hard with OEMs, API and ILSAC to understand how these base oils could enable cleaner, more fuel efficient engines.
We are building our third premium base oil refinery in Pascagoula, Mississippi. This will give our customers one of the most reliable supply chains for premium base oils.
