Ron joined Chevron full time in 1980. He had been a summer intern at Chevron while getting a BS in mechanical engineering from Cal Poly. His first 10 years included assignments in construction management, engineering, maintenance and marketing.

After a stint as Territory Manager, for lubricant sales in Texas and Louisiana in the early 90's, Ron lead the project for ISO 9002 registration in Chevron's Richmond Refinery for base oils. Since then he has put in place a number of the systems and contracts for logistics and business management. Today, he is the Account Manager primarily responsible for RLOP sales.
