Emergency Procedures training consists of a full review of all
Hydroprocessing Emergency Procedures. Some examples are Loss of
Recycle Gas, Loss of Feed, Reactor Excursion, etc.. This section
also includes guides to help recover from an emergency. This course
is geared mainly towards operations, engineer and management
personnel. It is designed to increase everyone's awareness of the
importance of taking the proper steps during an emergency. A course
prerequisite is to forward your unit's most current procedures for
review by the instructors prior to the training.
Duration: 4-8 hours.
Timing Tip: Our experience tells us that typically scheduling
6 hours per day is about as much as is practical due to
breaks/lunches/etc.
