Lessons Learned is a course designed to share problems
and incidents experienced industry wide. Discussions will include
what went wrong and how to prevent similar occurrences in your units.
This course is geared mainly towards operations, management,
inspection, maintenance, and engineering groups.
Duration: 1 hour.
Timing Tip: Our experience tells us that typically scheduling
6 hours per day is about as much as is practical due to
breaks/lunches/etc.
