Metallurgy/Corrosion (overview) is a session focused
on metallurgical issues associated with hydroprocessing units
and ways to overcome corrosion problems. Examples include
corrosion prevention in Reactor Effluent Air Coolers, stress
corrosion cracking, hydrogen attack, etc.. This section is
geared towards operation, engineering, and management personnel.
Duration: 1-2 hours.
Timing Tip: Our experience tells us that typically scheduling
6 hours per day is about as much as is practical due to
breaks/lunches/etc.
