Technology Marketing's new zeolite manufacturing technology offers a low cost, low investment route to zeolites such as Beta, ZSM-5 and L. ZeolitePlus allows high thru-put manufacture without many of the disadvantages of conventional zeolite synthesis. Additionally, powder and extrudate zeolites for use in both catalysts and absorbents are manufactured with equal effectiveness using conventional raw materials.
Advantages of ZeolitePlus include low capital needs, high product yields, low organic template use, rapid crystallization as well as less organic and inorganic waste. Superior physical and catalytic properties have been found in a number of cases. A wide range of silica/alumina ratios are possible.
