Chevron's Northpark building in Louisiana is part of a growing "green" movement in construction. The 300,000-square-foot office complex is Chevron's first LEED-certified building and is the first gold-certified LEED building in Louisiana. LEED is an acronym for Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design, a certification program of the U.S. Green Building Council.
