Chevron Announces 2Q 2016 Quarterly Dividend

SAN RAMON, Calif., July 27, 2016 – The Board of Directors of Chevron Corporation (NYSE: CVX) today declared a quarterly dividend of one dollar and seven cents ($1.07) per share, payable September 12, 2016, to all holders of common stock as shown on the transfer records of the Corporation at the close of business August 19, 2016.
