Chevron Announces 4Q 2006 Quarterly Dividend

SAN RAMON, Calif., Jan. 31, 2007 -- The Board of Directors of Chevron Corporation (NYSE: CVX) today declared a quarterly dividend of 52 cents per share. The dividend is payable March 12, 2007, to holders of common stock as shown by the transfer records of the Corporation at the close of business February 16, 2007.
