Chevron Announces Quarterly Dividend (July 28, 2010)

SAN RAMON, Calif., July 28, 2010 – The Board of Directors of Chevron Corporation (NYSE: CVX) today declared a quarterly dividend of seventy-two cents ($0.72) per share, payable September 10, 2010, to holders of common stock as shown on the transfer records of the Corporation at the close of business on August 19, 2010.
