Update on Restart of Chevron Refinery in Hawaii
KAPOLEI, Hawaii, Oct. 18, 2006 -- Chevron personnel are in the process of restoring operations to the company's 54,000 bpd refinery in Kapolei after crews completed an initial comprehensive inspection of the entire plant and process checks showed no evident damage from Sunday's earthquake.
