chevron leadership keynotes one utah summit

May 10, 2022 — The One Utah Summit, hosted by the Cox administration, brings together leaders and stakeholders from across the state to collaborate on advancing important priorities including air quality, energy, education, and the economy.

Mark Nelson, Chief Executive Vice President of Downstream and Chemicals, served as keynote speaker at the Spring 2022 One Utah Summit and affirmed Chevron’s lower carbon vision and commitment to the environment.

Bryon Stock, General Manager of the Salt Lake Refinery, presented a $30,000 check at the Summit to support energy workforce scholarships. Since 2016, Chevron has donated more than $135,000 to provide scholarships for students in Utah.

Blair Blackwell, Corporate Affairs Manager at the Salt Lake Refinery, also joined the Summit to discuss Chevron’s commitment to Diversity & Inclusion and share learnings for fostering these values in the company and the community.
